Job Description

The role of the Head of the International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism (IIIM) focuses on supporting the investigation and prosecution of serious international crimes in Syria since March 2011. The individual will assist in developing administrative and financial frameworks, advise on budgeting and human resources management, and ensure compliance with UN regulations. Responsibilities also include overseeing project implementation, financial reporting, and general administrative tasks while mentoring staff and maintaining strategic relationships with service providers. The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of experience in administration, finance, or human resources, possess strong decision-making skills, and demonstrate professionalism and accountability. A master’s degree in a relevant field is required, with fluency in English essential. 🕊️💼
