We’re hiring a Senior Capability Development Adviser – NRU to join NATO’s Defence Advisory Section in Kyiv 🇺🇦. In this key role, you’ll advise Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence on shaping long-term, resource-aware military capabilities and help align them with NATO standards. You’ll work closely with Ukrainian institutions, NATO HQ, Allies, and international partners to support defence transformation and deliver on the NATO-Ukraine Interoperability Roadmap 🤝. This full-time position requires expertise in military capability planning, strategic defence development, and project management. The role is based in a high-risk location and comes with special security considerations ⚠️.
