The Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) is seeking a specialist for the consultancy role focused on Gender Considerations in Field Operations. This position aims to enhance gender equality and inclusivity within UNDSS security operations, creating a more supportive environment for all personnel and partners. You’ll work from home until May 5, 2026, leading initiatives to integrate gender-sensitive approaches, develop tailored training, and support field missions in regions such as the Indo-Pacific and the Middle East. A master’s degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in gender-related projects are essential.
