Senior Finance Specialist to support the RGDRP Operationalization and to develop the Resource Mobilization Toolbox

In the role of Result of Service, you will play a vital part in finalizing and adopting the RGDRP Governance Framework and developing the operational manual for the RGDRP Secretariat. Your responsibilities will involve creating essential documents such as the Resource Allocation Framework, the Results Framework and Monitoring Plan, and the Risk Management Strategy. You will also contribute to the RGDRP Multi-Partner Trust Fund Terms of Reference and develop a Resource Mobilization Toolbox to help countries mobilize financial resources for sustainable development. This home-based position will last from September 2025 to February 2026. Ideal candidates should have an advanced degree in relevant fields and at least 7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills. 🌍💼📊 Please note, only individuals who can act as independent economic operators are qualified to apply. An Office 365 license will be provided by the UNCCD to enable the candidate to access official emails, SharePoint, OneDrive and other office applications, such as Word and Excel. Further computer requirements: An antivirus application which receives regular updates; Browsers must be a newer version with regular updates enabled; Regular Windows 10 updates should be enabled with Windows laptop or PC.
