The United Nations is seeking a Senior Political Affairs Officer to join the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Branch in New York. In this role, you’ll develop strategies to address global political challenges, oversee operational activities, and lead interdepartmental initiatives related to the investigation of alleged chemical and biological weapons use. 📊 Your responsibilities will include managing projects, preparing briefing notes for high-level officials, and guiding outreach and training efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Excellent command of English is required; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.
