The Senior Programme Management Officer is a key position within the Capacity Development Programme Management Office (CDPMO) at the United Nations’ Department of Economic and Social Affairs in New York 🌍. This role involves leading the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs that align with the Sustainable Development Agenda 🎯. The officer will oversee various projects, ensuring gender considerations are integrated, and will provide training, support research, and facilitate dialogue with stakeholders. A strong background in program management, particularly in sustainable development, and excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of other UN languages being advantageous, are essential for this role 📊.
