Team Leader (Consultant) for UNSDCF 2022 – 2026 Evaluation

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Team Leader for the evaluation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) 2022-2026 to be based at UNRCO. This role is expected to last for 5 months and involves leading a team in assessing the framework’s impact on Eritrea’s development priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You will design the evaluation methodology, coordinate data collection, and ensure the process is inclusive and transparent. Ideal candidates should have an advanced degree in development studies or related fields, extensive experience in program evaluation, and a strong understanding of gender equality and human rights.
