Job Description

The Consultant will play a vital role in supporting the Technical Secretariat of the Scientific Advisory Committee on Climate Change in Chile by providing methodological expertise for the Preliminary Report of Law 21.455, as well as developing thematic reports informed by Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). This position involves creating participatory methodologies, facilitating dialogue spaces, and systematizing contributions from stakeholders, all aimed at enhancing climate action ahead of COP30. The role is home-based but requires occasional in-person engagement in Santiago, Chile, over a duration of 7 months. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, knowledge of climate change frameworks, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. 🌍📊✨
