Temporary Staff Officer (Business Continuity)

Job Description

We’re looking for a Temporary Staff Officer (Business Continuity) 🇮🇹 to join the Integrated Advisory Team at NATO’s Joint Force Command Naples. In this role, you’ll support operational resilience by helping manage and develop the HQ’s Business Continuity (BC) plans 🛡️. You’ll assist in analyzing risks, training staff, conducting impact assessments, and working closely with NATO HQ and other planners across Europe 🌍. This temporary position requires strong communication skills, BCP expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic decision-making at a high level. You’ll be based in Naples, Italy ☀️ and work in a fast-paced, multinational military environment, helping ensure the HQ stays mission-ready in any situation.
