Job Description

Join us as an Intern supporting small and medium enterprises and border regulatory agencies in enhancing cross-border trade services! 🌍 This home-based role, available ASAP until January 31, 2026, involves researching customs law, building training modules, and collaborating on projects to modernize business environments. Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have recently graduated from a relevant degree program, with a passion for trade and development. Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of another UN language is a plus! Gain valuable experience in capacity building and international trade law while making a real impact. Please note, interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation, and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions. Interns who are not citizens or permanent residents of the country where the internship is undertaken, may be required to obtain the appropriate visa and work/employment authorization. Successful candidates should discuss their specific visa requirements before accepting the internship offer.
