UNEP Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) – Facilitator Policy Team Retreat

Job Description

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is seeking a skilled consultant to facilitate the UNEP FI Policy Team’s annual retreat in Geneva, Switzerland, for one month. Your role will include conducting preparation calls with team leads, developing and finalizing the retreat agenda, and facilitating a 2.5-day retreat focused on strategic planning and collaboration for 2025 and 2026. You will also document the event and prepare a detailed report post-retreat. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, environmental studies, or related fields, with at least five years of experience in business development, facilitation, or strategy.
