Job Description
As a consultant, you will work remotely for 2.5 months to develop a project concept note for electric buses in Tarawa, Kiribati, aimed at securing funding from the GEF/GCF. Your role will involve creating a detailed concept note, supported by relevant documents, in collaboration with local authorities and following established guidelines. Key tasks include defining project boundaries, mapping enabling frameworks, detailing budgets, and showcasing the project’s potential impact and financial models. You should have an advanced degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in climate change mitigation, transport, and project management. Strong analytical, writing, and coordination skills are essential. Fluency in English is required. 🌍🚍
