As an Evaluation Consultant at UNRWA in Amman, you will play a vital role in enhancing our evaluation function, contributing to decision-making and accountability within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting evaluation teams through thorough data collection, analysis, and the drafting of insightful reports. You’ll assist in all evaluation phases—from planning and implementation to reporting—while also helping optimize resources and fostering dialogue around evaluation results. A university degree in international development or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in evaluations or monitoring, is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
