Expert – Water Security and Health Sectors
Job Description
Join us as a national contractor focused on climate change adaptation in the Water Security and Health sectors in Palikir 🌊🌍. You will work under the guidance of the TNA Coordinator, facilitating the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process. Your main tasks will include creating a portfolio of relevant technologies, preparing detailed reports, and identifying barriers to implementation. Besides holding stakeholder workshops, you’ll lead consultative processes to engage various actors and develop actionable plans. The role also entails preparing policy briefs to aid in technology adoption and facilitating workshops to ensure comprehensive participation. A postgraduate degree in environmental management or related fields, along with at least five years of experience in climate adaptation, is essential.
