Job Description
The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is looking for a Programme Management Assistant to support the Climate Change Division in managing the GEF portfolio of Climate Change Enabling Activities. 🌍 Your primary role will involve enhancing the national team’s capabilities to prepare high-quality National Communications (NCs), Biennial Update Reports (BURs), and Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs), ensuring the effective coordination of project and administrative tasks within the climate mitigation unit. 💼 This position is home-based for 13 months, where you will monitor project proposals, prepare agreements, and provide analytical support to ensure compliance with UNEP and UNFCCC reporting standards.
