Join us in Geneva as an Organizational Development Intern for a 3-month journey! 🌍 In this role, you will assist the OHCHR Strategic Planning, Management, Evaluation and Change Service (SPECS) team in driving organizational transformation. You’ll conduct research, support the implementation of Organizational Effectiveness Action Plans, analyze data, and help create engaging communication materials like reports and infographics. We’re looking for candidates currently enrolled in or having completed a university degree, with a strong ability to draft in English. Fluency in another UN language is a plus! Please note that this internship is unpaid, and all logistical arrangements are the responsibility of the intern.
