Job Description

Join the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as an Environmental Affairs Intern in Washington, DC! 🌍 This unpaid, full-time internship lasts 4-6 months and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to regional environmental efforts tackling climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution, especially plastic waste. You will support research, draft reports, and engage with various stakeholders to promote UNEP’s goals. If you’re a graduate student or nearing the end of your undergraduate studies and have a passion for the environment, we want to hear from you! Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus. Please note: interns are responsible for their own expenses. 🌱✨
