International Consultant – Coordinator for ASEAN Customs Transit System (ACTS) 2.0 study
Job Description
We are seeking an International Consultant to coordinate the ACTS 2.0 study under the International Trade Centre (ITC) to enhance ASEAN digital customs procedures. This home-based role will last until October 31, 2025, where you’ll develop a comprehensive study outline, data collection framework, and ensure the delivery of a final report and roadmap. Key tasks include defining study structure, leading analysis and drafting, and engaging with stakeholders for input. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in international trade or related fields, a minimum of 10 years in international trade facilitation, strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent proficiency in English.
