Job Description

Join the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as an intern in Nairobi, Kenya for a 6-month opportunity starting September 2025! 🌍 As a part of our Disasters and Conflicts Branch, you’ll contribute to vital environmental projects focusing on sand and dust storms, conducting research on environmental policies, supporting event planning, and enhancing communications. This is a full-time, unpaid internship aimed at highly motivated individuals with a passion for environmental science, policy, or related fields. Ideal candidates should have excellent English writing skills and an interest in the West Asia and North Africa regions. Experience in event management is a plus.
