The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a skilled home-based Consultant in Uganda to lead the delivery of market-related soft skills training for women entrepreneurs. 🌍 This six-month role involves adapting training materials to reflect local realities, organizing and facilitating interactive workshops, and conducting comprehensive monitoring and reporting. Key responsibilities include mobilizing participants, ensuring inclusive representation, and providing tailored coaching in vital areas such as leadership, negotiation, and communication. Ideal candidates will have a background in relevant fields, experience in adult training, and a commitment to gender inclusivity.
