UNSDCF Evaluation – International Team Leader – Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional for the position of Result of Service to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the UN Cooperation Framework in Thailand. Your role will involve assessing how effectively the framework supports national development goals and SDG commitments, identifying key factors that affect outcomes, and providing actionable insights for future programming. This position requires advanced expertise in political science or related fields, at least 10 years of international evaluation experience, and a strong understanding of gender equality, human rights, and sustainable development. You will be based in Bangkok, working on this project from July 1 to October 31, 2025.
