Job Description

As a Result of Service, you will develop an Inception Report under the guidance of the Lead Consultant, outlining the evaluation of Rwanda’s beef, dairy, and meat value chains against international standards for export to the EU and the Middle East. Your role includes presenting key compliance data, methodologies, and recommendations while identifying gaps and drafting actionable plans for strengthening the Gako project. This consultancy is home-based and will last for 3 months. You should have a master’s degree in agricultural economics or a related field, along with at least seven years of experience in meat and beef standards analysis, particularly for international exports. Fluency in English is required, and French is a plus. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the beef industry! 🌍🥩📈
