Job Description

The Programme Management Officer plays a key role in the Capacity Development and Operational Training Service (CDOTS) at the Department of Operational Support (DOS). 🎯 You will lead the creation and execution of training and learning programs that enhance operational capacity for a diverse global audience. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to address needs in areas like human resources, finance, and procurement, while also coordinating workshops and training sessions to foster effective learning. With a focus on collaborative problem-solving, you will analyze trends and produce insightful reports to guide decision-making. Join us in making a positive impact through capacity development! 🌍✨ An advanced university degree (Master’s or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in business administration, management, learning management, economics, sociology or a related field is required. A first-level or advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in any field of studies with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree in the specified fields of studies.
