Short-Term Consultant – Head of DPG Secretariat

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled national consultant to support the Development Partners Group (DPG) under the guidance of the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Dar es Salaam for a 3-month term. You will provide technical and advisory assistance to the DPG co-chairs and secretariat, helping to enhance development effectiveness and facilitate dialogue between the government and development partners 🌍. Your responsibilities include coordinating key meetings, analyzing the development landscape, and supporting the implementation of the Development Cooperation Framework (DCF) in Tanzania. A Master’s degree in social sciences, economics, or international development, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
