Job Description

We are looking for a skilled consultant to join the UNCCD team, providing essential technical support to 18 national processes under the LDN TSP 2.0 initiative. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality deliverables, documenting best practices, and engaging in knowledge sharing, all in preparation for CRIC23. This position is fully remote and will run from August 15, 2025, to August 14, 2026. You will collaborate closely with various national partners and contribute significantly to refining LDN targets and enhancing land management strategies to combat desertification and foster sustainability. 🌍✨ To qualify, you should have an advanced degree in relevant fields, extensive experience in environmental management, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other UN languages is a plus. Please note that this role is for independent operators only, with specific IT requirements for remote work.
